At Monica Secrets, we strive to handle returns and refunds in a clear and structured manner. This policy outlines when returns are accepted, how refunds are processed, and which conditions apply. By placing an order, customers confirm their agreement with the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
A return request may only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered.
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. Once a return request has been approved, the customer has an additional 15 days to ship the item back.
All returns must be sent to the original fulfillment location, which is the supplier facility of Monica Secrets located in China.
All costs associated with returns—including international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges—are fully borne by the customer.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

All original tags must remain attached

Trying on an item solely to assess fit is permitted; extended wear is not

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not permitted
By completing a purchase, customers explicitly acknowledge that returns are shipped internationally to China and that all related costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale, defined as items discounted by 40% or more, are strictly excluded from returns.
Final Sale status is clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Items sold under Final Sale conditions are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or disputes under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee applies to each approved return.
This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking procedures. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the application of this fee on all eligible returns.
Return Guarantee for Unused Items
Monica Secrets offers a full return guarantee for unused items that fully comply with all conditions stated in this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
All return-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Monica Secrets does not reimburse return shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, or any additional costs incurred during the return process.

Total Return Window
Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
After approval, the item must be shipped within an additional 15 days.
The total return period is therefore 30 days from the date the order is received.
Returns initiated or shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds or disputes.
Defective or Faulty Products
Monica Secrets provides a full guarantee on items with verified manufacturing defects.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged, depending on customer preference, following verification by our support team.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must:

Await approval and receive the return address of our fulfillment partner in China

Ship the item at their own expense, including all customs-related costs

Use a trackable shipping method for all return shipments
Returns sent without valid tracking proof confirming delivery to our facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Applicable deductions, including the restocking fee, will be applied before the refund is finalized.
Liability Disclaimer
Monica Secrets is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments once tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
